    You can also use Coast to digitize your expense policy, automate T&E enforcement, and streamline reconciliation.

  • Can Coast help me track receipts?

    Coast helps you eliminate paper receipts and expense reports.

    For fuel transactions, Coast automatically collects the transaction details such as fuel type, number of gallons or price per gallon, so you won’t need your paper receipt anymore.

    For other merchant categories, Coast can prompt your card users to add a receipt immediately as they spend, through their phone. Coast also helps you get rid of manual reminders and back and forth, by sending automated reminders until the user shares the receipt.

    Your receipts will then appear in your online portal, and are available for review and download, so you can get ready in case of an audit or for your tax reports.

  • Can Coast help me streamline my expense reimbursement program?

    Coast can do one better and help you eliminate your cumbersome expense reimbursement program altogether.

    Coast cards can be used in every state in the U.S. and in Canada, at any merchant that accepts Visa.

    This is in contrast to “closed loop” cards that only allow employees to make purchases at specific locations or for specific products.

    Closed loop cards can make it much more difficult for your employees to buy the things they need to do their jobs right. Cards like Coast are much more flexible and allow your employees to spend on everything from fuel and repairs to travel and entertainment.
